RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE – Seating – HOW DO I ENSURE I SIT WITH MY COMPANION?


Please purchase your tickets from the same restaurant and specify the names of any other ticket buyers you’d like to be seated near on your order form. For this year’s Longest Table event, we will use customized seating charts to create a personalized and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please note that seats marked “RESERVED” are designated for our Event Sponsors. 


WHERE IS THE LONGEST TABLE LOCATED?


Downtown St. Petersburg on Bayshore Drive NE from the Museum of Fine Arts to the Vinoy


WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?


Plan to arrive around 5pm. This will give you time to park, get checked in with your table, and mingle. Our host city, St. Petersburg, invites you to arrive early and explore the city’s vibrant, charming downtown area filled with unique boutiques and galleries! Meet the friendly shopkeepers that make this a one-of-kind destination.


4:00 pm Bar service begins

5:30 pm Check-in begins

6:15 pm Welcome, Grand Toast and Table Decor Contest winner announcement

6:30 pm Dinner is served

8:45 pm After Party at the MFA

10:00 pm After Party ends


WHERE DO I PARK?


Parking lots and garage parking are available in the vicinity, visit st.pete.org for more information on parking.


WHERE IS THE CHECK-IN FOR MY RESTAURANT


Check-in is done by the host or hostess at your selected restaurant’s section of the table.


HOW SHOULD I DRESS?


Evening casual attire is recommended – slacks, dress shirts, spring dresses, sweaters, and the like. Ties are not required. This is a time to relax and enjoy superb food in the company of friends and in great Florida spring weather.


WHERE ARE THE RESTROOMS?


Restroom facilities will be available nearby in the park.


WHEN IS IT OVER?


The dinner portion of the evening wraps up around 8:30 PM. Your dinner ticket includes admission to our after-party where you’ll be able to socialize with staff from WUSF. The after-party ends at 10:00 PM. It’ll be a night to remember!


SOMETHING CAME UP; CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKET?


Tickets are transferable to another party, but not refundable. We appreciate your donation to WUSF.


WHAT IF IT RAINS?


Should the weather require the change, we will send an email notification 48-72 hours prior to the event to the email address provided when you purchased your ticket. Call 1-800-741-9090 or (813) 974-8700 if you have weather-related concerns on the day of the event. The rain date is Friday, April 4, 2025.


CAN I WALK UP AND PURCHASE TICKETS?


Reservations are required. You may select your desired dining experience by reserving your seat below or by calling 1-800-741-9090 or (813) 974-8700. Guests must be 21 or older. Reserve your seat soon as ticket availability is limited.


IS THIS A FUNDRAISER?


Yes! This event benefits WUSF Public Media who brings you NPR news on WUSF 89.7, classical music on WSMR 89.1 and 103.9, ARTS AXIS FLORIDA, Health News Florida, and The Zest Podcast.


WILL THEIR BE SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE?


Sponsorships will be available until March 9th, 2025, or until sold out. Restaurant selections may be limited.


WILL I NEED TO PRINT AND BRING MY EVENTBRITE TICKETS WITH ME?


No need to print your electronic tickets. Guests will be checked in on-site by ticket holder name and seat assignment. This name will correspond to the guest who purchased the group of tickets.
